چکیده

We construct identity-based encryption (IBE) and inner product encryption (IPE) schemes under the decision linear (DLIN) or symmetric external Diffie-Hellman (SXDH) assumptions. Their private user keys are leakage-resilient in several scenarios. In particular, • In the bounded memory leakage model (Akavia et al., TCC ’09), our basic schemes reach the maximum-possible leakage rate 1− o(1). • In the continual memory leakage model (Brakerski et al., Dodis et al., FOCS ’10), variants of the above schemes enjoy leakage rate at least 1 2 − o(1). Among the results, we improve upon the work of Brakerski et al. by presenting adaptively secure IBE schemes.

Leakage Resilient IBE and IPE under the DLIN Assumption

In this paper, we show identity-based encryption (IBE) and inner product encryption (IPE) schemes which achieve the maximum-possible leakage rate 1 − o(1). These schemes are secure under the decision linear (DLIN) assumption in the standard model. Specifically, even if 1− o(1) fraction of each private key is arbitrarily leaked, the IBE scheme is fully secure and the IPE scheme is selectively se...

A Leakage-Resilient Spatial Encryption Scheme

A scheme is said leakage resilient if it remains secure even when an adversary is able to learn partial information about some secret values used throughout the lifetime of the system. This recent area appeared because of the need to develop schemes that resist to sidechannel attacks, such as power-consumption, fault or time analyses. Today, there exist a few encryption schemes that implement t...

A New Leakage-Resilient IBE Scheme in the Relative Leakage Model

We propose the first leakage-resilient Identity-Based Encryption (IBE) scheme with full domain hash structure. Our scheme is leakageresilient in the relative leakage model and the random oracle model under the decisional bilinear Diffie-Hellman (DBDH) assumption.

Identity-Based Encryption Resilient to Continual Auxiliary Leakage

We devise the first identity-based encryption (IBE) that remains secure even when the adversary is equipped with auxiliary input (STOC ’09) – any computationally uninvertible function of the master secret key and the identity-based secret key. In particular, this is more general than the tolerance of Chow et al.’s IBE schemes (CCS ’10) and Lewko et al.’s IBE schemes (TCC ’11), in which the leak...

Encryption Schemes with Post-Challenge Auxiliary Inputs

In this paper, we tackle the open problem of proposing a leakage-resilience encryption model that can capture leakage from both the secret key owner and the encryptor, in the auxiliary input model. Existing models usually do not allow adversaries to query more leakage information after seeing the challenge ciphertext of the security games. On one hand, side-channel attacks on the random factor ...
